You are a diamond!

You are brilliant, beautiful,

strong, prismatic and precious.

But when someone makes you feel

deficient, depreciated or discolored,

I recommend this:

Forget what observers say.

Forget what buyers pay.

Forget the debris that surrounds you.

Take yourself to the appraisers

to determine your real,

immeasurable value.

The appraisers are

loved ones who cherish you,

friends who chose you,

leaders who inspire you,

and learners who reproduce you.

the ultimate vision of yourself:
